I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA) specializing in trauma-informed care and Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). With over 23 years of experience in Social Work and Mental Health, I provide compassionate support to children, adolescents, and adults navigating PTSD, General Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, ADHD, and a range of other mental health disorders and co-occurring disorders.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and holistic healing. I help individuals identify and transform limiting thought patterns, empowering them to take meaningful action during life’s challenges. When working with children and adolescents, I also prioritize strengthening family relationships, fostering understanding, communication, and emotional well-being.
I integrate evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy, in a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental space.
Beyond my practice, I am an Army veteran, wife, and mother who enjoys exploring walking trails, dancing, gardening, and creative arts. I also love cartoons, documentaries, and martial arts films—Ip Man being a favor
We are one tree with many branches, each unique yet deeply connected at the roots. As humans, we come from different backgrounds, experiences, and identities, but at our core, we all seek understanding, acceptance, and belonging. Just as every branch contributes to the strength and beauty of a tree, our diverse perspectives and journeys enrich the collective human experience. I am proud to provide affirming care to ALL, ensuring that every individual—regardless of their path—feels seen, heard, and valued.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
I firmly believe that healing happens through positive and healthy relationships. I strive to create safe, nurturing, and trusting relationships with everyone and I help parents and children strengthen their relationship.
I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can express yourself freely without fear of judgment. You are accepted, seen, supported, and valued exactly as you are..
Authenticity is key to fostering safety and connection. I commit to bringing my full self into my work, creating a space where everyone in my therapeutic care feels safe to be their true selves.
